Shipping Policy

1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India using registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post.

2) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from successful order placement/payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
     

Business days mean Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3) Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
     

4) Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 (order value after discounts, if any).

  • For orders ₹999 and below, shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
     

5) Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • After dispatch, we will share tracking details via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable).

  • Delivery is attempted at the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your phone number and address details are accurate.
     

6) Delays & Responsibility

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeline, Svara is not liable for delays caused by courier partners/India Post or events outside our control. However, we will support you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7) Address Issues / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • incorrect phone number,

  • repeated failed delivery attempts,

  • refusal to accept delivery,
     

we can re-ship the order after confirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

8) Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

If shipping charges were paid for an order (i.e., for orders ₹999 and below where shipping applies), those shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the order was canceled before dispatch or a refund is required under applicable law.
